Starting on Sunday 26 October, Albury Wodonga marks the beginning of Sustainability Week. ABC’s Costa Georgiadis will be on hand to help green thumbs or budding gardeners get the best out of their flower beds and veggie patches; Ride2Work Day celebrates the bicycle and the human powered commute; and a Green Market Day will bring together both farmer and business to showcase the latest in sustainable products and services in the region.
As part of the week’s workshops, the Office of Environment and Heritage will also be hosting a “Kill-a-Watt Business Breakfast” where registrants will hear about the NSW Energy Saver Program. Click here to register and for more information.
