End of Financial Year and workplace law – how will it affect your business?

The new financial year is only a few weeks away, since July 2013 the Fair Work Act has seen a raft of changes with more expected throughout 2014 / 2015.

Legislative changes and policies affect all businesses that employ staff. As a business owner you need to ensure you are following legislation as well as have a plan in place to ensure your business is compliant for the coming financial year.

Employment law changes expected during 2014/2015 include:
