National Inquiry into Sexual Harassment in Australian Workplaces

As you may be aware, the Australian Human Rights Commission is leading a National Inquiry into Sexual Harassment in Australian Workplaces. Information about the National Inquiry and the full Terms of Reference can be found here.

We are keen to hear your views on a range of issues, including:

  • challenges and opportunities for workplaces in addressing workplace sexual harassment
  • best practice approaches for preventing and responding to workplace sexual harassment
  • the adequacy of the legal framework in assisting workplaces to respond to workplace sexual harassment
  • impacts of workplace sexual harassment on individuals and businesses

This consultation will take place at The Cube, 118 Hovell St Wodonga, VIC 3690, on Thursday 14 February 2019, 9:30am – 11am.
