Carrick Gill-Vallance – General Manager
Carrick is a bright and enthusiastic developer of business with a passion for productivity. Having worked with Chamber for a whopping 6 years, Carrick is a wealth of information on the region’s business happenings, who’s who, and ways to support and grow business. His strategic thinking and communication skills ensure local businesses are in good hands. Carrick brings with him extensive Brand Development experience after spending 10 years with international surf/action sport labels prior to Chamber.
If you need a tour of the Albury-Wodonga businesses landscape, or the current economic climate, Carrick is your guide! If you have a challenge in your business or industry, or an idea that the world needs to know, or you just want to share a ‘dad joke’ with him – he’s your guy.
Michael Bocquet - Membership Engagement
Michael is a born and bred Albury-ian and has deep roots to business in Albury. His grandfather owned an air conditioning and refrigeration business for over 30 years and his parents operated a café on Olive St in the early 2000’s. Michael’s background in telecommunications and local sporting organisations has given him an insight to the local market and what makes business tick, and a knack for technology.
To help feed his thirst for knowledge, Michael is currently working on completing his bachelor’s degree in business. You might also see Michael running around on the weekend as an umpire in the local Australian Football Leagues, something he’s enjoyed doing for 10 years!
Jeremy Lovell – Digital IT and Events
Jeremy is a whizz at all things digital. He's the team's go-to-guy when it comes to website, social media, and anything “techy”. Jeremy is also key to your event’s success at ChamberHUB. He works with you to layout the space and get the necessities sorted, which makes your (sometimes nerve racking) experience of hosting an event, seamless and fun.
Jeremy comes from Newcastle, while he misses the beach a lot 🌊, he says; "the cosy atmosphere of Albury makes up for it".
Tracey Basham - AW Business Awards Coordinator
I'm lucky enough to work with both Albury Northside Chamber and Business Wodonga to coordinate the Business Awards here in Albury Wodonga.
