Meet the Team
Albury Northside Chamber is the leading, most progressive Chamber in regional NSW. We have a passionate and enthusiastic team who are dedicated to providing you with opportunities to grow your business. Check us out below 😉

Carrick Gill-Vallance – General Manager
Carrick is a bright and enthusiastic developer of business with a passion for productivity. Having worked with Chamber for a whopping 6 years, Carrick is a wealth of information on the region’s business happenings, who’s who, and ways to support and grow business. His strategic thinking and communication skills ensure local businesses are in good hands. Carrick brings with him extensive Brand Development experience after spending 10 years with international surf/action sport labels prior to Chamber.
If you need a tour of the Albury-Wodonga businesses landscape, or the current economic climate, Carrick is your guide! If you have a challenge in your business or industry, or an idea that the world needs to know, or you just want to share a ‘dad joke’ with him – he’s your guy.

Megan Cullen - Business Development (Marketing)
Megan enjoys designing and creative problem-solving. Bringing people, fun and energy to the Albury CBD is central to Megan’s role. She is always up for a chat about innovative and creative ways to promote the amazing businesses in the CBD.
Megan has spent 10 years in the community sector developing partnerships. More recently she has provided graphic design and marketing for local and international businesses. During Winter, you are likely to find her on the slopes of Falls attempting to keep up with her much faster snow buddies.

Rachel Croker - Business Support
Rachel is a young and passionate Lavi local who joins us in the position of Business Support, so if you have any enquiries about booking ChamberHub, upcoming events, or booking some ads in the Shout Out, she’s your girl.
Rachel has a bachelor’s degree in Policy from the Australian National University and says that nothing has made her appreciate Albury more than living in Canberra for three years.

Ross Smith - Membership Engagement
Ross has joined the team in the role of Membership Engagement and, during these challenging times, is keen on supporting businesses and helping them navigate the changing COVID-19 situation.
Coming from a background in local government and small business, Ross brings both enthusiasm and experience to the role, and will be a valuable resource for our members.
Ross is your go-to for all things memberships - but if you want to chat mountain bikes, motorbikes or the mighty Saints, Ross is also the man for the job.

Tracey Basham - AW Business Awards Coordinator
I'm lucky enough to work with both Albury Northside Chamber and Business Wodonga to coordinate the Business Awards here in Albury Wodonga.
I am available two days a week (Thursday & Friday) to ensure the success of this premium event for businesses on the border. If you are interested in nominating, becoming a sponsor or would like to know more about the event feel free to email me.
